Gin, scotch, single malt? Or how about one of the many flavoured schnapps distilled in the region? From serious spirits to creative cocktails, our bar team will be happy to mix, shake and serve whatever it is that you like to drink. Settle down in front of the roaring fire and enjoy the sound of live music in the hotel lobby as you sip on your drink and raise a glass to life itself.

GROSSARLER HOF Special
Place lime juice, brown sugar and rosmary in a glass, fill with crushed ice and then add vodka and pine schnapps. Stir with a long spoon and add a little more finely crushed ice on top before serving garnished with a sprig of rosmary.
