- Free cancellation until 2 weeks before scheduled day of arrival.
- Cancellations up to 3 days before scheduled day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee totalling 70% of the holiday's price.
- Cancellations made at shorter notice – as well as no-shows and early departures – will be subject to a cancellation fee totalling 90% of the holiday's price
We kindly ask guests to provide a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking.
Guests who pay for their holiday in full at least 30 days before the day of arrival will be given a 10% discount.
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend the completion of a "European travel insurance" via HTTPS://WWW.EUROPAEISCHE.AT.
We accept the following methods of payment:

- Credit card: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express
Tipp: please be aware that in some cases payments abroad are limited by your bank. Please inform at your local bank prior to your journey.

The prices above apply to children and youths staying in the same suite as their parent(s) with two full-paying adults. There is a 20% discount available for the child if one adult and one child share a suite.
We will be happy to organise a transfer for you to / from Salzburg Airport (50 - 60 minutes) or Munich Airport (2.5 hours). Transfers are also available to and from the railway station in St. Johann im Pongau (20 minutes). Please enquire for information on prices.
Check-in: Your room will be ready for you from 15:00.
Check-Out: We kindly ask you to clear your room by 11:00 and pay your bill at reception. If you wish to leave early, you are welcome to pay your bill the evening before (reception open until 22:30). Once you have checked out you are still welcome to use all the services and facilities at our hotel.
You are welcome to park your car in our underground car park with direct access to the hotel.
Electric cars: In our underground car park, next to the door up to the hotel, you will find three parking spaces where you can charge your electric car.
The ski storage room is in the basement of our hotel. It can be accessed using your keycard. Please use the steps to the left of the main entrance. In the ski storage room you will find a locker with your room number as well as a place on the boot-drying machine with your room number.
Guests are welcome to use our bicycle storage room. It is in the basement of the hotel and can be accessed using your keycard. The storage room also has charging stations for e-bikes.
Ski passes can be purchased at reception (two-day to eight-day passes) or at the bottom of the Panoramabahn Großarl cable car. Please note that a photo is required for ski passes valid for nine days and longer (a digital photo will be taken when you purchase the pass). For children aged 3 to 5 years there is a free ski pass (Minicard) which can be used in the Großarltal Valley and nearby Gastein.
There is wireless internet in all rooms and suites as well as in the hotel lobby. You will be given the username and password when you check in.
Our reception desk is open from 7:00 until 22:30. Please dial 500 on your room phone to speak to a member of staff at reception.
Dogs are welcome at the GROSSARLER HOF. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the Erlenreich Relax Spa and are only allowed in a specific area of the restaurant.
We charge €25 per dog per day (not including dog food). If extra cleaning is required at the end of your stay, this will also be subject to an additional fee.

The GROSSARLER HOF is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balconies, where ashtrays are provided. Please note that a cleaning fee of €100 per day will be charged to guests who smoke in any other areas of the hotel.
We will be happy to serve food and drinks in your room. Orders can be placed at the reception desk by calling extension 500 on your room phone.
Service charge: €5 for beverages and €10 for food and drinks. You can also order breakfast to your room. You will find a breakfast menu with prices in the information folder in your room.
