At the GROSSARLER HOF, your spa hotel in the Austrian Alps, we believe everyone deserves time to truly unwind. Marmot Oil Massage
Warms, loosens and relaxes the musculoskeletal system. Marmot oil caresfor stressed skin, is re-fattening and moisturizing. Recommended for cramps,muscle soreness, sciatica, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, as well as gout.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment designed to activate the body ’ s natural self-healing processes. By placing special cupping glasses on the skin, a vacuum is created that stimulates blood circulation, metabolism and lymphatic flow, helps relieve muscular tension, as well as enhances overall well-being.
Important note: Cupping intentionally produces visible marks (reddish to bluish discoloration of the skin), which may remain visible for 7–10 days, depending on individual predisposition.
Not recommended for: Cardiovascular diseases, open wounds or skin conditions, acute inflammation or infections, blood clotting disorders, diabetes with nerve damage, severe varicose veins, fever, cancer, or during pregnancy.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE ERLENREICH RELAX & SPA
- Winter: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Sommer: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
During the summer months, our saunas are open daily from 1 pm. The relaxation rooms, as well as the outdoor hot tub and indoor jacuzzi, are available from 9 am.
Treatments can be booked on request each day.
Children under the age of 14 may use the clothing area, including the Sanarium, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, until 5 pm, provided they are supervised by a parent or guardian.
Please wear a bathrobe for your treatments. Swimwear must be worn in the hot tub area. The inner sauna area is a nudist area and access is permitted from the age of 14.
If possible, please book your treatments before you arrive. Contact us to arrange appointments or to receive advice on the right treatment for you.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least three hours before it is due to start. Please note that if you cancel at a later stage or fail to attend, we will have to charge you for the treatment.
