Front Office Manager
Since early 2024, Victoria has been leading the front office at the GROSSARLER HOF. With her radiant smile and warm personality, she ensures that every guest feels welcome from the very first moment. As the sunshine of the reception, she takes care of guests’ needs with the utmost care and attention.
Marianne Viehhauser
Always in a good mood and dedicated to the well-being of our guests, Marianne primarily takes care of housekeeping at the GROSSARLER HOF, in addition to her work at the alpine hut. Cleanliness and comfort are always her top priorities, and when it comes to hiking tips in the Großarltal, she is the best person to ask.
Head Chef
With Martin Kirchgasser, the GROSSARLER HOF has gained a true Salzburg native since May 2026, who, after positions in renowned national and international 5-star hotels as well as top culinary establishments, now brings his global experience to our hotel.
Gonçalo da Cruz
In his role as Restaurant Manager, Gonçalo da Cruz ensures smooth service operations with great dedication and sensitivity. With his strong sense of hospitality and high standards of quality, he makes sure that our guests feel completely at ease and that every visit to the GROSSARLER HOF becomes a special experience.
Erlenreich Relax & SPA
At the Erlenreich Relax & SPA, Sonja Hettegger creates a deeply relaxing experience with great empathy and professional expertise. With her keen sense for individual needs and her commitment to the highest quality, she ensures that every treatment becomes a truly special moment of well-being.
Corné de Bruijn
In his free time, Corné loves to play the guitar, while in his daily work he keeps the GROSSARLER HOF in perfect condition with his craftsmanship and great dedication. With full commitment, he ensures that everything is always in top shape and runs smoothly.
