Summer in Großarl

Outdoor spa

The Großarl Valley is like one huge outdoor spa in summer. Comfy waterbeds are replaced by flower-filled meadows, whirlpools give way to rushing streams, and instead of a sizzling sauna you can close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Plus, of course, this region we are proud to call home offers views and vistas more spectacular than anything you will find indoors. We invite you to immerse yourself in the Austrian Alps and prepare for a spa session like no other!

Snowsports paradise

The GROSSARLER HOF is just a short walk from the Panoramabahn cable car. This state-of-the-art ski lift gives skiers and snowboarders direct access to the ski pistes of the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski resort, just one of five ski areas that make up the huge Ski Amadé network.

Off-piste fun

There is more to winter in the Großarltal Valley than skiing and snowboarding. If you fancy trying something different on holiday, we recommend cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or ski touring. The perfect way to get away from the busy pistes and experience winter at its most authentic.
