Special rates at GROSSARLER HOF hotel SalzburgerLand

Extra beds for adults are available on request and subject to a 30% discount of the daily rate. Single occupancy in a double room is charged at 30% extra. A 20% child rate discount applies to bookings for 1 adult and 1 child sharing a double room at the GROSSARLER HOF hotel SalzburgerLand. This discount only applies to single adults travelling with a child. The rate for 2 children sharing a double room with 1 adult is discounted by 20% for one child. Discounted child rates do not apply to suites. The cleaning fee for dogs is €25 per dog per day. Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant or in the SPA. Please refer to the dog rules.

Cancellation policy

  • Fee for cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to due arrival date: 0%
  • Fee for cancellations up to 3 days prior to due arrival date: 70%
  • Fee for cancellations within 3 days prior to due arrival date: 90%

Deposit

We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance. In the event that you need to cancel your holiday, insurance will cover your cancellation costs. This applies if you have to curtail your holiday due to illness, accident, a death in the immediate family, or if a property crime has been committed that requires your presence at home.

The GROSSARLER HOF hotel SalzburgerLand offers travel insurance at €7 per person per night – this will save you the costs of a cancellation fee if you have to cancel a confirmed, binding reservation. Should you choose to take out your holiday insurance with us, please transfer payment at the same time as your deposit.

Check-in/Check-out

Your room is available from 3pm on the arrival date. Please vacate your room by 11am on the departure date. Late check-out is chargeable and available on request.

Our rooms

All rooms and suites feature beautiful balconies and are equipped with a notebook-sized safe, minibar, flat-screen TV, multilingual cable TV & radio plus loudspeakers in bathrooms, digital telephone, free Wi-Fi, separate toilet in all double rooms & suites, bathroom with bathtub and some with separate shower, hairdryer, make-up & shaving mirror. Suites also feature sound systems and Nespresso coffee makers.

Special rates

Prepayment special: enjoy a 5% discount when paying at the time of booking – only available for bookings made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival. The Prepayment special is a non-cancellable rate. In case of cancellation the total amount will be retained.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at the GROSSARLER HOF hotel SalzburgerLand. The cleaning charge for dogs is € 25 per dog per day. Please refer to the dog rules on our website.
