General Information

Daily Rates:
All prices are in Euro per person/day with all included services, taxes, local tax and deductions. For stays over 8 days/7 nights please ask about our individual offers.

The Daily Rates Include:
Grossarler Hof Indulgence Board consisting of:

• Breakfast experience until 11.00am
• Afternoon tea with snacks,
• Four course-dinner menu with a variety of choices for your main course, salad buffet and cheese selection
• Welcome drink upon arrival
• Fruit Plate on arrival
• Guided walking tours
• Nordic walking tours
• Torch-lit evening hikes
• Sledge ride in toboggan run
• Wild watching in the wild (only on request)
• Free use of the gym for your cardio and strength exercises
• Relaxation in the “Alder Realm” Relax and Spa centre with different saunas, a Kneipp facility, indoor Jacuzzi, relaxation beds and tea and organic snack bar
• Varied entertainment programme
• Live music evenings
• High-speed internet connections in all rooms (WiFi in the suites and the lobby)
• Equipment room with boot heating
• Reserved parking space in the underground car park with direct entry to the hotel

New Years Eve arrangement
There is a surcharge for New Years Eve programme of € 70,-- per adult including accompanying wines and € 45,- per adult without accompanying wines (the arrangement is obligatory). 

Children's Reduced Rates for standard and superior rooms
When staying in their parents’ room the following reduced rates apply for children:
From 0 to 3 years: free
From 4 to 10 years: 60% off
From 11 to 15 years: 50% off

Children's Reduced Rates for suites
When staying in their parents’ room the following reduced rates apply for children:
From 0 to 3 years: free
From 4 to 10 years: 40% off
From 11 to 15 years: 30% off

In case of occupancy by 1 adult and 1 child, the child´s roomrate will be reduced by 20%.

Special Rates
Upon request adults may stay in an extra bed at a rate reduced by 30%. A 30% surcharge applies for single occupancy. Dogs are of course welcome: cleaning fee EUR 12.- per day.

Cancellation Policy:
In case you have to withdraw from your booking, cancellation fees in the following ranges are have to be charged:

• Up to 3 months prior to your arrival: 0%
• Up to 1 month prior to your arrival: 40% of rates arranged for your stay.
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of rates arranged for your stay.
• After 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of rates arranged for your stay.
• If you fail to arrive or leave earlier than expected: 90% of rates arranged for your stay. 

Check-in/Check-out Times at Your Four Star Hotel in the Province of Salzburg:
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. On your date of departure we kindly ask that you to vacate by room until 11pm. Weekend travellers: Please ask for late check-out on Sundays!
