Opening Times: Daily from 9 am until approx. 7pm
Earlier or later treatments can be organised by prior arrangement.
Spa Tips: from your Beauty Hotel In Grossarl:
Reservations: please book your treatments in plenty of time before your arrival. We will gladly offer advice to choose your ideal treatments.

Cancellations:
Please inform us at least 3 hours prior to your treatment of a cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding that we have to charge for your treatment if you fail to show up or cancel at a later stage.
Dresscode:
We kindly ask you to attend your treatments in your bathing robe. In the whirlpool area bathing suits are obligatory. The inner sauna area is a nudist area.
So that you can enjoy your relaxation treatments to the fullest and without stress we recommend you show up at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment at the Alder Realm Relax and Spa area. Refreshments await you at the tea and juice bar.
