Alder Realm Relax and Spa – making a reservation
With the Alder Realm a wonderful relaxation and spa area awaits your arrival. Consisting of whirlpool, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, infra red heat cabin, Kneipp facility, outdoor ice-water bucket shower in summer, relaxation-room with relaxation-beds and water beds and a heated UV-ray bed, tea and organic snack bar, beauty treatments, multifaceted body treatments, massages (classic and Asian), and a gym area with cardio equipment. We kindly ask you to book your spa treatments 2-3 weeks prior to arrival to guarantee your preferred treatments and times.
Please remember to bring suitable sports clothes for the use of the gym room.
Cancellation policy:
In case you have to withdraw from your booking, cancellation fees in the following ranges are charged:
- Up to 15 days prior to your arrival: 0%
- Up to 3 days prior to your arrival: 50% of rates arranged for your booked stay.
- Up to 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of rates arranged for your booked stay.
- If you fail to arrive or leave earlier than expected: 100% of rates arranged for your booked stay.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. On your date of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 12pm. Weekend travellers: Please ask for late check-out possibilities on Sundays.

Whether for a couple of days or an entire week a holiday at the Grossarler Hof will be good for you. Please note, that during the Christmas Holidays a minimum stay of 7 days is required.
