- A beautiful walk along the river promenade of the Ache River in Grossarl. The Promenade Path (Nr. 10) will lead you to the Albin Kreuzer wood carving exhibition.
Panorama Hiking Path: approx. 3 hours of walking time (level: easy)
- The idyllic panorama hiking path delivers what its name promises. Walk past blooming meadows, through small forests and clear rivers and enjoy the wonders of nature. This hiking path connects Grossarl and Huttschlag. Once you have arrived in Huttschlag you can take refreshments at one of the many taverns and restaurants. Decide for yourself whether you will hike back or hop on one of the regular hiking buses.
Half-day Hiking Tour to the Gerstreitalm Chalet: approx. 3 hours of walking time (level: easy/medium)
- A half day hiking tour to the Gerstreitalm needs a bit of stamina. You will start at the Hiking Path 65 from Grossarl. The path will lead you through the forest to the Gerstreitalm located at 1,575 metres above sea level. The walk up will be worth it: the views are simply stunning!
