Tips for Your Individual Journey to the Grossarler Hof in Austria
Arriving by car in Grossarl is easy and straightforward. The following journey directions will ensure a safe trip from any direction:
Reaching Grossarl from the North:
Driving from Vienna or Munich you will reach the junction for Salzburg via the Austrian Autobahn motorways. From here continue on the A10 (Tauernautobahn) motorway towards Villach. Leave the A10 at the St. Johann/Bischofshofen exit (‘Knoten Pongau’). Follow the A road 311 (Pinzgauer Bundestrasse) to reach St. Johann im Pongau. Once you have arrived in St. Johann, leave the A road following the signs to towards Grossarl. Follow the curvy road for 15 kilometres until you reach Grossarl.
Reaching Grossarl from the South:
Coming from Villach follow the A10 (Tauernautobahn) motorway towards Salzburg. Leave the Tauernautobahn at the St. Johann/Bischofshofen exit (‘Knoten Pongau’), then drive onwards to St. Johann im Pongau. In St. Johann im Pongau continue towards Grossarl. After approximately 15 kilometres you will reach Grossarl.
Once you have arrived in Grossarl: Reaching the Grossarler Hof
In Grossarl take the first exit on your right at the roundabout towards Unterberg. Follow the road for a further 200 metres. You have now reached your destination: your holiday haven, the Grossarler Hof, is located on your right. Drive straight into the underground car park and enter the Grossarler hof directly.
